Now try this recipe:
1/3 cup of Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Water
and Vegetable Oil (All equal Parts)
Coat fillets with Lemon Pepper, Garlic
Powder, Salt and Pepper
Put it all in a Ziploc bag and let marinate
for 2 hours.
Cook skin side up for 6-8 minutes per Side
on the Grill.
You won’t be sorry.
